Sunday's Chest/Shoulder/Tri Workout
I had an
AWESOME cardio session after my weight session today! I pushed myself harder on the treadmill and was able to hit 5.0mph! I think that it was really more of a mental thing than physical. My cardiovascular endurance, while much better than it was, still needs some work, but I'll get there!
